Any high school senior or college student employed by a motion picture theatre in Illinois, which is a member of NATO of Illinois as of January 1, 2012
 
Applicants must have been employed with a member circuit in the state of Illinois for at least 1 year prior to applicatiion due date of March 1, 2012, and must have worked an average of 15 hours per week for the previous year (780 hours minimum).  (The requirement is reduced to 520 hours for applicants with 2 years of employment.)
 
Applicants must plan on or be attending a colege, junior college, or university by June, 2013.
